SM Marketplace is a walk-in butcher and seafood store in Girraween, run by the team behind Sutcliffe Meats. Premium meat and seafood at low prices, open seven days.
It needed a website from the ground up: a domain, a look that matched the food, and a simple way for the team to show each week’s specials.

Meat and seafood sell on how they look. The design had to put big, rich photography front and centre on every page.
In-store specials change weekly, so the team needed to post them themselves, without waiting on a developer.
There’s no online ordering. Every page had to point people to the store, its opening hours and this week’s deals.

We registered the domain, set up DNS and took the site live in September 2023, working with the store’s IT provider so email worked from day one.
Sign-up forms feed straight into Klaviyo with an automatic welcome email, and a quarterly meat and seafood pack giveaway gives people a reason to join.
