Flooring Bathroom Interiors, boutique homewares store, was created after Michael and Natalie experienced frustrations during their home renovations, particularly due to the high cost of modern bathroom fixtures and floors. They created a showroom which offers high quality, affordable products and complementary design advice. Then, they came knocking on our door for a little help. They wanted to bring more people to their store and increase the number of local sales.

FBI had an untapped opportunity to create a strong marketing and sales alignment which would better guide buyers through their customer journey.
