Alvey Reels, long-standing fishing tackle manufacturers, approached Dominate Digital for help a mere 2 years after they announced their planned closure. After suffering a dramatic drop in sales, Alvey Reels needed to find their digital footing before they stopped production all together.

By attributing the lack of sales to inconvenience and inaccessibility, we decided that marketing was not the solution needed to pull them out of the water. Instead, they needed to continue producing their high-quality and highly durable products and focus on building an online presence.
What we recommended to Alvey Reels was the development of a fully functional eCommerce website which made modern use of their well-known brand colours. A heavily branded website would be built to trigger an emotional connection with the viewer, which would then be combined with user-friendly functionality and Australia-wide shipping.
Their website is not only bright and modern , it’s home to a surplus of information including tips and tricks and a valuable store-finder functionality.
